Peter H. Creighton,

Land Resources Associate's principal, Peter H. Creighton, has over 25 years of experience in real estate planning, design, development and conservation and adaptative reuse. Mr. Creighton has worked closely with numerous property owners and state agencies, local town boards, conservation groups and other non profit organizations as well as other developers, to design and develop single family subdivisions and creative rehabilitations. In this capacity, he has been responsible for the selection, acquisition, marketing and feasibility analysis as well as permitting and development.

Prior to his work with LRA and an affiliated firm, Richmond Development Group, Peter was Founder and President of Danish Homes, Inc., based in Bolton, Massachusetts, where he managed the import and construction of Danish super insulated homes throughout New England. In his years with Danish Homes, he became well versed in the siting, design, preparation and construction (to full finish) of single family housing. Designing and building these unique homes throughout New England has given him a great deal of practical experience.
